The next morning, I took my seat in the usual back corner where there was a large space.

This course was a general course of mainland biology. It was my first time attending this class since I came here.

According to Rolanna, I don’t need to care too much about my studies here. I just need to obey the rules on the surface and get along with teachers and students.

I had taken a similar course in the tribal academy in the past, and also have some experience of traveling and hunting myself, so I intended to deal with class casually.

I just hope that the teacher is at least a normal elf… Yesterday’s experience had me with a lingering fear.

The bell rang and the teacher entered the classroom through the front door.

The students who were still noisy a moment ago quieted down.

And I was stunned.

A silver-haired elf in front of the podium looked around the classroom and then fixed her eyes on my side.

The dean of the academy, Ms. Rolanna looked over the students with an elegant smile on her face.

Huh? Was this class taught by her?

Well, since she is the dean, it’s normal to have a teaching course.

If she sincerely hopes that elves and orcs reconcile with each other, she probably won’t cause any strange incidents to me…

I don’t know why when I thought of this, I felt a little unsure in my heart.

“Everyone, please turn to page 39.” Rolanna’s lecture began.

…. The first half an hour of the class passed away almost in a flash.

“…. this means that werewolves itself are not an independent race, but a special human infected with the werewolf curse. This curse allows their bodies to change into wolf form. Humans infected with the curse exhibit a variety of symptoms, including extremely developed canine teeth, thickened hair, increased arousal at night, and a bloodthirsty wild instinct. Most of the time, werewolves will behave like ordinary humans. Their dangers lie in the fact that the intensity of the curse on them changes with the phases of the moon and the wild instinct that lurks in them will rise to the extreme on the night of the full moon. At that time, if they directly witness the full moon, the power of the curse will get out of control, causing them to lose their rationality and uncontrollably transform into wolves, attacking all the other creatures in the vicinity. This curse hasn’t been observed in our elves who seldom communicate with the outside world, or in dwarves who are naturally resistant to magic and cure…” Rolanna in front of the blackboard neatly summarized the key point of the lesson with a mellow voice.

I stopped writing, looked back at the podium, and nodded in administration.

It was really good, even though I intended to listen to it casually, I unconsciously got immersed in it, and wrote down notes along with other students.

She explained in a very methodical way and would interact with students. Besides that, she would also draw knowledge from her profound insight and experience, which made it very attractive.

This was not surprising, after all, she has lived for many years, she must be rich with both life experience and teaching experience.

Just then she stopped and her gaze seemed to wander over here unintentionally.

And the moment she met eyes, she immediately narrowed her eyes, making her eyes sharper.

You are not thinking something rude, right?— I don’t know why I read this in her eyes.

Damn, could it be that this elf could read minds?

I guiltily lowered my eyes and put my gaze on the textbook.

Speaking of which, the elves’ textbooks are well written. The Pictures and texts are very detailed, and a unified standard has been developed to classify and summarize the creatures introduced in the book. For example, according to the danger degree of elves, the creatures are divided into five grades: safe, low-risk, dangerous, highly dangerous, and extremely dangerous. They are marked with green, yellow, orange, red, and black respectively. For example, in the classification of the werewolf, the danger level was orange, while the high-level demon and dragon mentioned after the 100th page was black. The whole book was organized according to this classification, which was of great practical value. In our orc textbook, there was only some illustration containing basic information.

“That’s all for this section.” Rolanna looked at the clock on the wall.

“There’s still a lot of time. Let’s take this opportunity to preview the content of the next lesson. Please turn to page 87.”

I also followed the other students in turning pages.

What kind of creature are we going to talk about in the next lesson? According to the page number, it should be going to an extremely dangerous creature—-

General name of the creature: Orc

Danger level: Black(for female)

Orange (for men)
