Prosecutor Winsari rose and bowed towards the trial bench: “Distinguished judges, the first piece of evidence I am about to submit is the testimony collected from teachers and students of central academy concerning the daily conduct and behavior of the principal defendant. Based on these testimonies, we also obtained the images of the principal defendant from some of the surveillance crystals in the central academy.”
Hearing this I felt very terrible.
“From this evidence, we can see that the principal defendant caused a lot of incidents after he entered the academy.” she took out a stack of papers, and began reading it, “on the first day of the academy he caused panic among the students in the classroom, on the second day he is suspected of molesting and injuring a senior girl student causing her to be admitted to the infirmary..” no those incidents were all caused by those elven girls!
As Winsari spoke she pulled out a piece of crustal and then activated the crystal to project an image.
“The most notable of these was that he overestimated his capabilities and tried to imprison a faculty of the college, Miss Miriya, the knight of Saidian. As a result, he encountered unexpected resistance. Finally, he had to escape the scene embarrassedly by breaking out of the window.” as she said, a sneer of ridicule appeared on her face.
It’s totally wrong, I’m the victim of that incident!
However, the surveillance crystal released at the scene had only recorded the scene in the corridor. People present here could only see me and Miriya entering the equipment room and then a few minutes later the scene of me breaking through the window to escape.
“All these cases show the criminal tendency of the principal defendant, but also tells that secondary defendant Dean Rolanna did not effectively supervise him and might have even used her authority to cover up these incidents!” Prosecutor Winsari pointed threateningly at Rolanna.
Rolanna was calm and composed, she only smiled and didn’t say anything, as if what she had said had nothing to do with herself.
The first batch of evidence was presented to the bench trial, the presiding judge and other judges began to inspect them.
This is not good, if it continues like this it would not be good.
I glared at Rolanna and motioned her to say something.
Rolanna looked at me, and then finally spoke, “Presiding judge and other respected judges, I want to raise an objection. The evidence just submitted by the prosecutor has no direct relationship with this case.”
She cut to the subject.
After listening to her, the presiding judge exchanged glances with the judges present, and finally slammed the gavel: “Approved the secondary defendant’s objection. Prosecutor Winsari, the evidence, and testimony you have just submitted are not directly related to this case. It cannot be used as valid evidence, and can only be used as a side reference. What you are accusing is a serious crime, even with the current arrest, you still need to submit stronger evidence according to the procedure.”
I breathed a sigh of relief.
Fortunately, even if I was banned from speaking, my teammate was not a pig teammate.
However, the current situation was not getting any better.
